Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% The contribution you can make • Manage and develop modern monitoring and observability solutions based on Prometheus, Grafana and Microsoft SCOM, ensuring their stability and sustainability over time • Promote automation in the field of event management and monitoring, developing efficient solutions using Ansible, APIs and other automation tools • Define standards, architectures and best practices for monitoring solutions transversal to different technologies as well as constantly optimizing the platform • Integrate monitoring solutions into current operational processes and ITSM workflows, collaborating closely with ServiceNow and internal stakeholders • Analyze customer needs and develop tailor-made solutions; evaluate new technologies and trends in the field of observability and monitoring <br /> What distinguishes you • Basic professional training as an IT specialist CFC; professional advanced training at SSS level, federal professional certificate, diploma from a university of applied sciences (SUP) or advanced training in an equivalent technical field is desirable • Several years of experience in engineering and operating monitoring and observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, SCOM or similar), including automation using Ansible and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • Skills in the field of IT service management (ServiceNow) and experience in complex projects in the field of infrastructure and integration • Familiarity with the agile SAFe environment (Scrum/Kanban); strong analytical and problem-solving skills; global understanding of complex system environments • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Good knowledge of a second official language and knowledge of English for communicating in a technical environment <br /> In summary Are you passionate about modern observability platforms, do you think in terms of end-to-end solutions and do you not want to limit yourself to monitoring management, but wish to actively contribute to its evolution?
