Relief: Technical Caretaker This is what you can achieve with us. A flexible workload and varied assignments await you. In this flexible relief function with an annual workload of approx. 20-60%, you will look after various objects on-site and be the contact person for our customers. Your area of responsibility includes the following activities: Care and monitoring of technical building systems (HVACSE) Carrying out repair and maintenance work Coordination and control of service and maintenance work (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary) Cooperation with external service providers and coordination of various service providers Maintenance of the outdoor area Diverse caretaker tasks Execution of administrative tasks as part of your activity As a relief worker, you are the substitute during holiday absences, illness and other absences. The working hours can vary between 07:30 – 17:00. This is what defines you. You describe yourself as a service provider out of deep conviction. You also bring with you: Technical basic training in the field of HVACSE or specialist in operations maintenance Some years of experience in the FM/ caretaker industry Good IT user skills Very good German skills Driver's license Cat.
