What you achieve ## • Processing of legal questions regarding Occupational Pension Schemes, foundation law and other areas of social security law as well as private law • Preparation of statements and decision-making bases • Contact with employers, insured persons, foundation boards and legal representatives as well as supervisory authorities • Project participation also within the framework of foundation management • Drafting of legal briefs and representation of Helvetia in settlement negotiations and court proceedings What you bring ## • University degree in law (lic. iur. or Master of Law) • Specialist for occupational pension schemes with federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) is an advantage • Several years of professional experience in the area of BVG • Knowledge of general social security law (knowledge of insurance law and investment law is an advantage) • High self-organization, reliability and ability to work in a team • Strong analytical thinking skills • Proficient German in spoken and written form, good French and/or Italian skills
