You support project managers in the analysis of business and IT questions as well as in the development of solution proposals. As a team, you develop concepts and define process and IT requirements. Once the adequate solution is found, you help with its sustainable implementation and accompany our clients until successful introduction. Step by step, you assume more responsibility, up to complete work packages or co-direction of a project. As a person with entrepreneurial thinking and action, you create lasting contacts and continuously expand your network. Furthermore, you have the possibility to participate actively in the joint venture of APP and significantly shape our future.   What we expect · University degree in business informatics, engineering and natural sciences, law or business administration with a strong IT orientation · Experience in project management or business analysis as well as proven IT affinity during studies, profession, volunteering or hobbies · Preferably experience in public administration, justice, finance or health · Ability to assimilate quickly, pronounced analytical thinking as well as a creative and pragmatic approach · Autonomous, structured and solution-oriented way of working, combined with the joy of collaborating in a team · Open and communicative personality with a talent and pleasure for building trusting relationships · Written and oral mastery of German. Very good knowledge of English and French are a plus · Flexibility regarding travel in German-speaking Switzerland   Why APP?
