These are your tasks • Management and coordination of projects in civil and infrastructure engineering, from the concept study to commissioning. • Responsibility for quality, costs, deadlines, and project communication. • Maintenance of customer relationships, acquisition of new projects, and preparation of offers. • Technical leadership and further development of the civil engineering team. • Further development of the specialist department and participation in strategic topics. What you bring with you • Civil engineer (ETH, FH, HTL, TU) or equivalent training. • Several years of experience in planning, project management, or construction management in civil engineering. • Leadership competence, entrepreneurial thinking, and negotiation skills. • Structured, solution-oriented, and responsible way of working. • Openness to innovation and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation.
