Furthermore, your new challenge is designed as follows: Technical responsibility for the conception, development, and continuous further development of demonstrators and technical solution approaches in the context of Generative AI, Data Science, and Cloud technologies Consulting and supporting our customers in defining and implementing sustainable data, AI, and Generative AI solutions - from architecture to technical steering to productive implementation Development and optimization of modern data architectures and data warehouses based on current cloud technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS) Quality assurance in projects - especially in the areas of Prompt Engineering, Data Science, and model validation Leadership or technical participation in projects with a focus on architecture planning, implementation of AI workflows, and operation of local and cloud-based Foundation Models Conception and implementation of internal training sessions as well as active knowledge sharing within the team to strengthen technical competence in the area of Generative AI and data platforms Continuous research and experimentation with new tools, APIs (e.g. OpenAI, HuggingFace, Aleph Alpha) and technologies in the field of Conversational AI, NLP, Stable Diffusion, Transformer models, etc. Active participation in conferences and community events as well as presentation of technical innovations through lectures, publications, or showcases Support of sales and marketing through technical pitches, architecture sketches, and arguments in the context of customer acquisition Active co-design in the expansion of our Swiss team and collaboration with management and sales in the further development of our location Is data also in your DNA? You should bring the following: Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a comparable scientific-technical degree program At least 3 years of professional experience in the implementation of data platforms, data warehousing, or AI solutions - ideally in customer projects or in a consulting environment Strong communication skills in German, Swiss German, and English Practical experience with Generative AI technologies and frameworks as well as in-depth knowledge of the application of Foundation Models (e.g. GPT, LLaMA, Claude) and their fine-tuning Very good knowledge of Python (object-oriented), ideally also with Spark, as well as secure handling of Open Source libraries (e.g. HuggingFace Transformers, LangChain) Experience with APIs like OpenAI, Aleph Alpha, HuggingFace as well as basics in text processing models, probabilistic modeling, NLP, Conversational AI, and Stable Diffusion In-depth knowledge of modern cloud technologies, especially Azure or AWS, as well as infrastructure and deployment processes (e.g. CI/CD, Container, MLOps) Ideally experience in operating local open-source models, on hardware accelerators, or with Physical Computing Strong communication skills and pleasure in exchanging with customers, colleagues, and community Proactive, solution-oriented work approach as well as willingness to take responsibility and occasionally travel in the context of a consulting activity Data moves us!
