Senior System Engineer / Service Integration (f/m) Location: Schwyz Workload: 80-100 % Department: IT Infrastructure & Services You are the central interface between our internal business needs and our external IT operating partner. In this key role, you do not only manage service providers, but actively further develop our system landscape, IT security, and workplace services. Your tasks - Control, Optimize & Shape Partner & Service Management: Together with our external operating partner, you ensure the stable, secure, and performant operation of our IT services. Incident & Problem Management: You take responsibility for 2nd and 3rd level support and coordinate complex technical disruptions in close cooperation with the external operator. Infrastructure & Process Automation: You analyze existing IT solutions and drive further development, standardization, and automation in the areas of infrastructure, workplace, and security. IT Security & Compliance: You ensure compliance with our security standards and regulatory requirements when introducing new systems and applications. Technology Evaluation & Projects: You evaluate new technologies, transition new hardware and software from the project phase to the operational phase, and actively participate in projects. Enablement & Support: You create understandable documentation and training materials and enable our employees to use hardware, software, and communication platforms optimally. What you bring with you Education & Experience: Completed IT vocational training with sound further education (HF, FH or Uni/ETH) as well as at least 5 years of professional experience in a service-oriented IT environment. Strong Tech Know-how: Sound knowledge in the area of Windows Client Management (Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID / Azure AD). Practical knowledge in network infrastructures, IT security, and system architectures. Routine application of automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell). Project & Partner Experience: Verifiable practice in the implementation of pure IT projects as well as skill in dealing with external providers. Mindset & Skills: Strong service orientation, high social competence, and strong communication skills. You act goal-oriented, think structurally, and maintain an overview even in hectic situations. Languages: Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing.
