Processing Specialist (m/f/d) We are looking for support as Processing Specialist (m/f/d) (permanent, full-time) Join our team at our location in Schlieren – flexible working conditions available As part of the Financial Controlling & Reporting team, your area of responsibility will include the following areas: You are responsible for the daily processing of incoming and outgoing payments for our end customers as well as partners – including the reading in and allocation of customer payments as well as the booking of payment transactions. You process inquiries via e-mail, reconcile accounts, and support monthly and annual closings. You maintain and update work instructions and actively contribute to the further development of our processes. You work closely with colleagues in the entire Finance area as well as various other teams within the company and take responsibility for smooth processing in daily business. You contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems and processes – especially in payment processing and reporting. Central contact person for all operational inquiries in the finance area and ensuring efficient solution processes. Ensuring efficient cash planning including monitoring and controlling account liquidity. You take responsibility for our accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting and ensure a smooth flow of all payment processes. What you bring with you: A completed commercial apprenticeship or economic education Initial professional experience in a finance or accounting environment is an advantage Very good user knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel Structured and careful way of working as well as enjoyment of recurring tasks Team spirit, initiative, and the ability to adapt flexibly to changing requirements Very good language skills in German and English, spoken and written Experience with SAP is desirable, but not a must We are looking for employees who like to roll up their sleeves and help us further expand our business.
