Requirements: • You have a completed training as Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ • You have good German skills in speaking and writing • You accompany and support the residents in everyday life with expertise and heart • You work independently, reliably and like to take on responsibility • You act responsibly in everyday nursing care and actively contribute your experience • An appreciative and empathetic way of dealing with people is a matter of course for you Activities: • You carry out medical-technical procedures professionally and safely • You accompany and care for the residents in the design of their everyday life • You take over treatment care according to your competencies • You maintain the nursing documentation carefully and traceably • You take over day responsibility • You work interdisciplinary with other specialists as well as specialist agencies Experience creates trust and we know what you are talking about.
