CNC Turner / Production Mechanic (m/w/d) ? Focus Hard Machining & Precision For our client, a renowned Swiss traditional company in the field of high-precision technology, we are looking for a technically skilled and quality-conscious person to start immediately or by agreement for CNC production. This is what you can expect: In this varied function, everything revolves around the latest production technologies and absolute precision. • Setting up & operating: Independent setting up, operating and monitoring of modern CNC turning machines (including loader). • Process optimization: Carrying out program corrections and continuous optimization of production processes. • Setup processes: Professional setup of machines including tool and material changes. • Quality assurance: Independent quality control of the manufactured workpieces to guarantee the highest precision standards. Qualifications This is what you bring: • Training: Completed vocational training as a production mechanic, polymechanic or a comparable technical training. • Experience: Several years of solid professional experience as a CNC turner, ideally with in-depth knowledge of hard machining of hardened steel (from 54 HRC to 65 HRC). • Control knowledge: Safe handling of common controls Fanuc, ISO and Siemens. • Way of working: You work in a structured, responsible manner and have a pronounced technical understanding for reading and interpreting drawings. • Flexibility: Willingness to work in 3-shift operation as well as a team- and performance-oriented attitude.
