Co-Leading Psychologist / Co-Leading Psychologist (focus on children and adolescents) (50-100%) The University of Lucerne is a modern, personal and dynamic human sciences university in the heart of Switzerland and Europe. Our ambition is to develop the University of Lucerne into a forward-looking and internationally visible center for research and teaching in the human sciences. In the fall of 2026, the psychotherapeutic practice of the University of Lucerne will commence operations. It is assigned to the chairs of Clinical Psychology (Prof. Dr. Andrew Gloster) and Child and Adolescent Psychology (Prof. Dr. Hediger) of the Faculty of Behavioral Sciences and Psychology and will offer a scientifically based range of services for the prevention and treatment of mental illnesses across the entire lifespan. We are looking for a Co-Leading Psychologist / Co-Leading Psychologist (focus on children and adolescents) (50-100%) as of August 1, 2026, or by agreement. Area of responsibility Co-design of the setup and organizational and professional development of the psychotherapeutic practice Professional co-management of the practice team (shared with co-management person focus on adults) Ensuring the (therapeutic) quality of the practice Management of practice staff (psychotherapists, administration) Professional responsibility for psychotherapists in further training Leadership of team meetings and case discussions Ideally, conducting supervisions in individual and group settings Conducting psychotherapeutic treatments Collaboration with university chairs as well as external specialist offices, referral agencies, and insurance companies Requirements Completed university degree (Master) in Psychology Further training as a federally recognized psychotherapist Fulfillment of the requirements for the professional practice permit in the canton of Lucerne and for OKP billing Psychotherapeutic experience (desirable at least 3 years) and in-depth knowledge of diagnostics Specialization in supervision is desirable but not a requirement Proven leadership experience Resilient and solution-oriented High team and social competence Customer-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking and acting Interest in scientific work Enjoyment of setup and development work We offer A responsible position in an appreciative and collegial environment Collaboration in a young, dynamic institution with diverse development opportunities Opportunity to shape and grow from the beginning A centrally located workplace in Lucerne The position is initially limited to two years, with the intention of converting it into an unlimited employment relationship thereafter.
