The Public Prosecutor's Office Frauenfeld is seeking as of 1. August 2026 or by agreement a Your tasks <br /> • leading preliminary proceedings incl. supervision and right of direction over the police • conducting criminal investigations (case management) effectively and efficiently • bringing charges and personal representation of charges before first-instance and higher-instance courts • issuing penalty orders, dismissal, non-prosecution and suspension orders • lodging appeals • performing on-call duty <br /> Your profile <br /> • completed law degree • preferably with a lawyer's patent and/or forensic further education • qualified knowledge of criminal procedure law and criminal law • experience in handling criminal cases and appearing in court • diplomatic skill and assertiveness • integral, resilient and conflict-capable personality • willingness to actively contribute to the team • Swiss citizenship <br /> Our offer You can expect a varied, interesting and responsible activity at a modern workplace with professional infrastructure.
