You are the hub between planning, driving staff, and our partners, playing a key role when it comes to making public transport even more efficient, sustainable, and customer-friendly. Shape your workload flexibly: 60% in operations planning or 80-100% with an exciting combination of planning (60%) and driving service (20-40%). • Planning and coordination of construction sites and events. • Ensuring clear and reliable information for passengers and driving staff. • Organization and processing of extra trips - from the offer to the billing. • You work closely with internal and external partners and get to know the diverse processes of operations planning. • You support the Head of Substitute Service and Construction Sites with further tasks. In short: You keep the wheels turning, even when construction sites and events are happening all around. What you bring with you: • Ideally, you have experience as a bus driver (driving license category D) or want to take the next step towards planning. • Completed vocational training, ideally in public transport, the commercial sector, or a comparable field. • Initial experience in public transport or great interest in planning. • Joy in analyzing connections and developing solutions. • Independent, structured, and reliable way of working. • Strong service orientation towards driving staff and customers. • Good communication skills and enjoyment of working with various stakeholders. • Confident handling of MS Office products.
