Your field of activity As a Technical Drafter with a project dimension, you play a central role in the success of our achievements. You are both a designer and a technical coordinator, in direct contact with architects, engineers, and site teams. Your main responsibilities: Study and analysis of projects in collaboration with the project manager Collaborate closely with the project manager to optimize design and anticipate technical constraints Develop technical drawings (manufacturing and assembly) for our ventilated facade projects Take precise measurements on site and ensure the updating of plans Evaluate measurements and prepare material order lists Participate in the search for innovative solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of construction sites Participation in project planning and monitoring (deadlines, coordination) The prerequisites CFC as a draftsman in metal construction, in building, or equivalent training. A federal diploma or ES technician training in metal construction is an asset. Proven experience in the field of facades (ideally ventilated) or the building envelope Proficiency in AutoCAD (or other equivalent CAD software), HICAD is a real asset Good understanding of construction techniques and Swiss standards Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and initiative Team spirit and ability to communicate effectively with different interlocutors What we offer You join a solid and agile company, where each project is unique.
