The multidisciplinary team intervenes for a maximum of three weeks. It is composed of occupational therapists, nurses, ASSC, physiotherapists, and health assistants. It collaborates with the client, their entourage, and the care network. For the creation of this position, we are looking for a Team Leader (RE) 80% MISSION You ensure the management of a team of about thirty people. You contribute to the recruitment and development of employees, as well as to the smooth running of the service. You supervise the flow and planning of staff interventions with our clients. You collaborate closely with the center manager.
