Your missions: • Organize and supervise the execution of work on the construction site. • Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and the directives of the works management. • Coordinate the employees present on the construction site. • Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety rules. Responsibilities • Daily preparation of the construction site. • Distribution of tasks among employees. • Quality control of execution. • Control of quantities and necessary materials. • Coordination with other trades. • Monitoring the progress of the work. • Immediate reporting of problems, delays, defects, or additional work. • Control of equipment and tools. • Compliance with safety and health protection regulations. Administration and reports • Keeping of site reports. • Tracking of working hours. • Tracking of materials and supplies. • Photographic documentation if necessary. • Transmission of information to management. • Participation in site meetings. • Reporting and documentation of modifications or additional work. Required skills: • Professional training in the relevant field. • Practical experience on construction sites. • Ability to read plans and descriptions. • Knowledge of materials and construction techniques. • Ability to lead a team. • Organization and autonomy. • Sense of responsibility. • Good communication.
