Our goal is to strengthen the participants' self-esteem and promote them in building intrinsic motivation. To this end, they work in projects, experience themselves in the group, and deal with their focus topics. In doing so, they are accompanied by individual coaching and case management - and that is exactly why we are looking for you: as the fourth member in our young Case Management team! Your contribution Goal: You accompany our participants into a sustainable entry into professional life. Case processing: You are responsible for the entire case processing, from the initial interview to the exit of the participants. In doing so, you are in a hub function and are responsible for the smooth coordination between the referring institutions (IV and Sozialamt), the therapists, the legal guardian, and possibly the parents of the participants. Coachings & workshops: Using regular coachings and testing procedures, you help the participants make a suitable career choice, prepare the corresponding application documents, and find a suitable apprenticeship. In doing so, you regularly organize workshops on the topic of "career entry" and research vocational training occupations and educational offerings. Documentation: You document the program progress, test results, the development of the participants, as well as their presence time, and write the final report for the corresponding referrers. Contact & exchange: You are the contact person for referrers (IV, Sozialämter), institutions, vocational trainers, and employers, conduct progress meetings, and inform them proactively (in writing and by telephone) about the program progress of the participants. Program development: You are active in the further development of our offers by regularly aligning the durchstart methodology with the goals of the referrers, further developing the coaching guide, and introducing new testing procedures. Internal projects: You support internal projects and events to further develop durchstart. Who we are looking for Professional experience: At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in labor integration and/or as a Case Manager Competencies: • You have a good connection to young people, you can listen well and know how to motivate them • You convince with strong teamwork skills and assertiveness Personality: • You are creative, open to new ideas, and implement them.
