Med. Practice Assistant (MPA) For our general practitioner-oriented group practice in the Merian Iselin Klinik, we are looking for a Med. Practice Assistant (MPA) as of 1. October 2026 or by arrangement. The Merian Iselin Klinik is a state-of-the-art private clinic with a public service mandate in Basel. Your main tasks Venous/capillary blood sampling, dressing changes, wound care, suture removal, infusions, injections, recording ECG, assisting with ear irrigation, etc. Organization of consultations for 6 doctors with electronic agenda (Vitodata) Telephone handling and patient reception for all doctors Administrative activities with various PC programs (Vitodata, Navision, Ibicare, M-KIS, Outlook, and others) such as opening cases and entering documents into the electronic medical record, clarification of missing documents, clarification of missing administrative data, documentation, service recording Medication/material ordering Mail/email processing, delivery of requested reports via e-mail, etc. Contact person for internal and external telephone inquiries (medical, administrative, etc.) Your profile Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant, Specialist in Healthcare EFZ, or Dipl.
