Social Media Consultant (m/w/d)

As Social Media Consultant, you will lead customer projects with a focus on social media as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for the strategic and operational development of the channels, populate them, and create effective social media content and campaigns together with our paid and content specialists. Scope of work: 60 - 100% Start of work: Immediately or by agreement Location: Chur or Zürich You will comprehensively support and advise customers as the primary point of contact on social media marketing. You will plan and conduct meetings, presentations, and workshops. You will develop social media strategies and concepts. You will conceive social media measures from TikTok to LinkedIn. You will take over channel and community management for customers. You will control milestones, independently set new ones, and implement corresponding measures. You will monitor and analyze KPIs, create reports, and implement optimization measures. You will have budget responsibility for your projects. You will support sales processes and pitches. You bring practical experience in social media marketing, ideally on the agency side. You are perfectly familiar with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Co. and know what is needed for their successful use (organic and paid). You keep an eye on trends and best practices and implement them in your projects. You are conceptually strong and know how to create and plan creative and successful social media content. With your editorial flair, you know how to tell a story on social media. You can conceive social advertising measures and calculate potential. You have a confident appearance towards customers and other stakeholders and have good presentation skills. You speak and write perfect German. Responsibility from day 1 – with the trust to fill it.
