Posieux, Switzerland | 80-80% What you can contribute HR Specialist - Personnel Administration Posieux, Switzerland | 80-80% What you can contribute Autonomously manage personnel administration: employment contracts, certificates and work references Handle the contractual and administrative part of external engagements (fees, civil service, unpaid activities) Monitor time management: tracking balances, maintaining dashboards and closing tasks Establish lists and working documents from several systems (SAP HR, BI) while ensuring data quality Be the reference person for HR advisors on personnel administration issues, and provide backup within the team Analyze and standardize personnel administration processes, develop best practices What makes you unique Commercial training (CFC or equivalent) completed by training in the HR field, completed or in progress Precise, structured and autonomous working method, with a strong sense of data quality Good knowledge of SAP, SuccessFactors and Excel; Power BI and Atlassian tools, an asset Curiosity for new working tools, including artificial intelligence Versatile and adaptable personality, able to organize and prioritize within deadlines, with a good team spirit Knowledge of two official languages In a few words Do you like HR work that is well done, precise and varied?
