Your tasks • Decision on participation in tenders, award discussions with the Managing Director • Control and approval of prepared offers • Completion and preparation of invoicing including work contracts • Leadership and organization of the heating installation personnel • Technical processing of orders from receipt to invoicing • Ongoing support of the orders in cooperation with the site manager • Maintaining time sheets and supplements, controlling • Accounts payable control and countersigning weekly reports • Support of the heating team • Conducting employee interviews (Heating Team) • Purchasing of required materials together with the Managing Director • Support of customers and business partners Your profile is convincing - you are the perfect candidate if you- • have completed training as a Heating Installer EFZ • have at least 5 years of professional experience as a Project Manager Heating • can demonstrate a degree as a Federal Diploma Heating Master (advantageous) • have completed further training as a Head Installer Heating (advantageous) • are an organizational talent and have networked and entrepreneurial thinking • are customer- and service-oriented • prove yourself as a team player and have a flair for numbers We would be pleased to receive your complete application documents and look forward to your application.
