Team Leader / Product Owner Analytics & Reporting Do you want to actively help shape the analytics future of Migros? Our Analytics, Reporting, Data & Platform department develops and operates modern data and analytics solutions on GCP and Power BI. As Team Leader and Product Owner Analytics & Reporting, you will lead an interdisciplinary team and be responsible for analytics, data, and AI products from idea to operation. What you will achieve You will lead an interdisciplinary team of Data Scientists and Data Engineers and develop it as a Servant Leader and Coach, both technically and personally As a technical Product Owner, you will be responsible for the design and prioritization of features and backlogs, consistently according to benefit and impact, taking into account roadmaps and budgets Together with your team, you will bring analytics and data solutions from idea to productive operation. You will formulate clear implementation orders, promote pragmatic solutions, and ensure quality and sustainability As part of the extended management team, you will help shape the handling of new technologies such as Agentic AI and develop your team specifically with a view to future requirements You will strengthen the data and AI competence of the organization, evaluate new technologies for their added value, promote knowledge exchange, and enable employees to use analytics and AI solutions safely, responsibly, and effectively What you bring Education: Completed degree (uni/ETH, FH, HF) Field of study: in (business) informatics, mathematics, physics, data science, economics, or another quantitative field Professional experience: At least 4 years of experience in the field of data & analytics with experience in building and operating cloud-based analytics solutions, data products, analytical web applications, and reporting You have several years of practical experience in the use of data science, analytics, and reporting and enjoy translating complex business issues into understandable, effective solutions You bring leadership experience or proven leadership responsibility and a strong Product Owner skill set, and you are familiar with the corresponding tools and methodologies You communicate clearly, appreciatively, and in a way that is appropriate for the target audience. You can mediate between business, technology, and people and create effective, motivated collaboration across departments You have a good understanding of cloud-based platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure) as well as the use of SQL, dbt, or similar tools, and you are familiar with AI tools, ML methodologies, and agent systems.
