Court Internships (8 positions)

Start date: 01. June 2027 / 01. September 2027 / 01. December 2027 Work location: Thun The Regionalgericht and the Schlichtungsbehörde Oberland offer court internships within the meaning of the Ordinance on the Bar Examination. The focus of the field of activity of the Regionalgericht Oberland lies in the civil law area. It also deals with criminal cases and assumes certain tasks as a court for coercive measures. The Schlichtungsbehörde Oberland deals exclusively with disputes of civil law. Your tasks <br /> • Legal work in the field of civil and/or criminal law and/or at the Schlichtungsbehörde (depending on the job description of the position) • Preparation and recording of hearings • Drafting of written decisions and justifications • Legal clarifications <br /> Your profile <br /> • Completed legal education as MLaw • Ideally practical legal experience • Good MS Office skills as well as fast typing skills <br /> We offer you <br /> • a versatile legal education with varied activities • independent work in helpful and well-coordinated teams • insight into the various fields of activity of the court and possibly the Schlichtungsbehörde (depending on the job description of the position) Start date 01.06.2027 -- 30.11.2027 (1 position) 01.09.2027 -- 29.02.2028 (2 positions) 01.12.2027 -- 31.05.2028 (5 positions) The internships each last 6 months (100%).
