Avenita operates the two care centers Kastels and Weinberg as well as the residential group with a total of 173 beds and around 280 employees. Furthermore, 30 senior apartments with an individual service offering are available. Our competence center offers elderly and care-dependent persons from Grenchen and the surrounding area a senior-friendly form of living. Care and support are oriented towards the needs and requirements of the residents. Your area of responsibility includes • Execution of maintenance and repair work • Maintenance of technical aids • Commissioning and monitoring of building technology • Cleaning and care of the buildings in the interior and exterior • Supportive and open cooperation with the other services and nursing care • Close cooperation with the group leaders • Readiness to work also outside of normal working hours (on-call service) • You bring the following requirements with you • Completed basic technical training (preferably electrician, building technology / heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) or training as a specialist in facility management) • Technical aptitude • Independent, responsible and cooperative way of working • Confident and friendly appearance as well as joy in dealing with people • Flawless German skills in speaking and writing • Comprehensive IT knowledge We offer you • An independent, versatile and demanding activity in a lively operation • Work in a motivated team, which is characterized by transparency and mutual respect • 5 weeks vacation • Goal-oriented further and continuing education opportunities Have we aroused your interest?
