Mistletoe therapy has been a proven component of integrative cancer therapy for decades. Our goal is to further expand the use of Iscador in oncology. For this exciting challenge, we are looking for our IT team an IT Supporter, 80 - 100% (w/m/d) In this exciting and varied activity, you are responsible for the support of our IT infrastructure. Your tasks: Support for internal and external employees with software and hardware problems. Collaboration in the further development of internal processes as well as conducting end-user training on new solutions. Active collaboration in internal IT projects and contributing technical expertise. Receipt, processing, and rectification of fault reports as well as maintenance and installation of software and hardware. Analysis of risks for IT operations, derivation of suitable measures to avoid operational downtime, and their independent implementation. Control, monitoring, and ensuring stable operation of all relevant IT systems. Your profile: You have training as an IT specialist with a specialization in systems engineering or business informatics. You have sound hardware knowledge as well as proficient handling of Microsoft operating systems and Office products. You possess practical and theoretical knowledge in the environment of Active Directory, Microsoft Server, and Microsoft 365. When dealing with different stakeholders, you act in a service-oriented, professional, and prudent manner. A category B driver's license is an advantage. You have very good German skills in speaking and writing; English skills are an advantage.
