Main tasks Technical and organizational leadership of a team of approx. 10 employees including deployment planning and development of the team Ensuring the availability, safety, and performance of the production facilities Coordination of maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting Support of PLC, automation, drive, measurement, and control technology Analysis and sustainable rectification of technical malfunctions Coordination of internal and external service providers Implementation of optimization and CIP measures Ensuring safety standards and technical documentation Requirements Training as an automation technician or electrical installer with corresponding further training and specialist knowledge Leadership experience Several years of experience in industrial electrical engineering and maintenance Knowledge in automation and PLC Analytical, solution-oriented, and independent way of working High sense of safety and responsibility Confident handling of negotiating partners Document management systems DMS as well as maintenance of relevant KPIs KAIZEN / CIP knowledge We offer A varied and responsible field of activity awaits you in a sustainably growing company.
