• 23 juillet 2026 • 100% • Durée indéterminée • Aigle Activity rate: 100 % Field of activity: Naval What you develop: \* You are responsible for the technical, administrative, and financial management of projects entrusted to you within the framework of our activities for the Naval sector. \* You coordinate studies, purchasing, implementation, subcontracting, testing, packaging, and shipments to customers. \* You are a determining actor in the relationship with our internal teams and with our customers. \* You are in charge of reporting (quality/costs/deadlines) internally and to the customer. \* You prepare the estimates for the offers of our future projects that will be entrusted to you. What you bring: \* You have an engineering degree in the field of mechanics or a field associated with machine design (electrical engineering, automation, software, robotics). \* You have at least 10 years of experience in project management in the industrial field, ideally in the design and implementation of large-scale special machines. \* You have a strong technical culture that allows you to understand the customer's needs, and then to guide and optimize the designs to be carried out by our design offices. Knowledge in the field of welding is a plus. \* You demonstrate great autonomy, initiative, and efficiency to achieve objectives by optimizing the use of resources. \* Excellent communicator in French and English (oral and written), you regularly bring together your multidisciplinary teams to stimulate synergies and converge towards your project objectives. You have demonstrated experience in managing a customer relationship. \* You have perfect mastery of the MS-Office pack software and are accustomed to managing projects with an ERP, ideally Pro Concept. \* You are able to travel in Switzerland and abroad (approximately 10% of your time) to meet our customers and subcontractors.
