The Service de psychiatrie de l'enfant et de l'adolescent (SPEA) handles inpatient care, day hospital, or outpatient care for children and adolescents suffering from mental disorders. It provides holistic psychological and child psychiatric care, where the patient is taken into account in their entirety, including their family and social network. The SPEA is a category A training center for the postgraduate training of doctors. The service occupies the new premises of the Maison de l-enfance et de l-adolescence (MEA) which brings together all the units of the service in a particularly warm setting, specifically designed to improve the quality of care for the most fragile young patients. Job Description ## You hold a federally recognized psychotherapist title and wish to utilize your professional expertise within the Inpatient Unit of the Service de psychiatrie de l'enfant et de l'adolescent (SPEA). The Inpatient Unit offers child psychiatric hospital care (Lakayou and Oïkos-Hogan), crisis care (Kalyva), a Day Hospital program (Domus), and a mobile team (OCEJ-HUG). Depending on your profile, you will participate in the management of the inpatient unit in collaboration with medical and nursing managers and you will join the unit's management team and collaborate with the managers of the different intra-hospital and outpatient facilities of the Inpatient Unit. You will collaborate with the managers of the health-social interface facility, the OCEJ-HUG mobile team, to develop collaborative dynamics with institutional partners from the social, education, pedagogy, and health worlds involved in the care of children and adolescents in great difficulty. You will assume the function of expert psychologist and will transmit your knowledge, notably in the form of supervision and collaboration in teaching activities. In the intra-hospital setting, you will ensure follow-ups for the families of hospitalized children and adolescents, and you will participate in the development of care projects, team meetings, and interdisciplinary syntheses, in close collaboration with the clinic heads, internal doctors, and the nursing team. The mission of this position may evolve over time towards greater responsibility. Qualifications ## You hold a Master's degree in psychology, and benefit from a federal specialist title in psychotherapy and an AOS billing authorization. You benefit from at least 6 years of experience in an institution. You possess specific training in group dynamics and organizational analysis or show an interest in training in these areas. You have experience in managing interdisciplinary teams. You have experience in teaching and supervision. Your knowledge of the ecosystems and actors of the canton of Genève concerned with children and adolescents is excellent. You demonstrate a capacity to evolve with flexibility and smoothness in evolving, complex, and interdisciplinary environments. You have the capacity to combine a strategic viewpoint, listening to field realities, and operational anchoring.
