Your tasks • Consulting caring family members regarding their family situation and the possibility of employment as a caring family member • Carrying out the employment process of caring family members (initial conversation, needs assessment, etc.) • Introduction, as well as professional and emotional accompaniment of caring family members • Responsibility for the entire care process • Monitoring and ensuring the implementation of care measures • Consulting and supporting with aid, relief, and support offers • Interdisciplinary collaboration with family members and other specialists You bring with you • Degree as a dipl.
