We are looking for a Team Leader Conveying Technology (m/f) 100% immediately or by agreement. MAIN TASKS This function includes the management (approx. 30% of the activity) of employees as well as an operational specialist function (approx. 70%) in the day-to-day business of conveying technology. In addition to planning and prioritizing work, you are the contact person for customers in the field of intralogistics. The following tasks are part of your main tasks: • Ensuring operational readiness: Responsibility for electrical maintenance, maintenance and new installations of conveying technology while complying with safety and environmental regulations. • Efficient maintenance & minimization of malfunctions: Cost-conscious implementation of maintenance work with the aim of reducing production interruptions to a minimum. • Programming & technical competence: Programming and maintenance of control systems for conveyor systems and driverless transport systems (FTS). • Continuous improvement & projects: Active contribution of improvement suggestions, participation in projects as well as support in data transmission and implementation. • Support & flexibility: Technical support for logistics and central services, on-call duty, special deployments as well as application for spare parts and further training. PROFILE • You have a degree as an electrician/automatist EFZ and have further training in the field of control technology as well as initial leadership experience. • Ideally, you already have a operating electrician's license according to NIV Art. 13 or are willing to acquire it. You are also characterized by the following qualities and skills: • Good SPS programming knowledge (Siemens and B&R) • Networked thinking as well as experience in project implementation to increase plant availability • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP • Team ability • Willingness to work flexible hours (06:00 - 15:00 / 08:30 - approx. 17:00), occasional special deployments (night/weekend) and on-call duty for about one week per month ADDITIONAL NOTES For this position, we only consider direct applications.
