Residential Area Manager 80 - 100% (m/f/d) For our committed team at the Vogessenstrasse location, we are looking for an experienced, responsible, and team-oriented personality as a residential area manager. If you like to take on responsibility and are looking for a workload of 80% to 100%, we look forward to getting to know you. Your most important tasks: Leadership / planning and organization of a team of approx. 14 employees (incl. trainees). Responsibility for the care and support of around 20 residents with mental illnesses. Creation of a safe, structured environment that increases the quality of life of the residents. Interdisciplinary cooperation with authorities, doctors, and specialist centers – you are networked. What you bring with you: Completed training as a nursing professional HF/FH. Experience in the care of people with mental illnesses and challenging behavior. A personality experienced in leadership with a participatory approach. Joy in varied work and teamwork – you like to roll up your sleeves. Interdisciplinary thinking and high social competence characterize you. Experience with the RAI system as well as disability compensation is a big plus (further training and experience as an RAI Supervisor or expert desired). Experience with IBB is a plus, but not a must!
