Our vision: Strengthened through life Do you want to strengthen, accompany, and enable new developmental steps for children in their daily school life? Due to the retirement of our long-standing social pedagogue, we are looking for a Social Pedagogue School 80 % ## for our lower primary class as of 01.01.2027 The Schulinternat Redlikon accompanies 32 children and adolescents with school and behavioral difficulties. Eight of them live in our residential group during the week. All students attend one of the four classes of our day special school - from lower primary to upper secondary. We work in a resource-oriented, binding manner with the goal of strengthening every child in its individual development. In the lower primary class, you work in a team of three with a teacher and a person in training as a social pedagogue. Together, you design a reliable, creative, and strengthening teaching process that enables individual and alternative learning. You work in the annual working time model during 39 school weeks per year. Your working time is during the day from Monday to Friday and corresponds to around 40.5 hours per week.
