Consultant / Senior Consultant – Financial Markets (H/F)

In the context of the development of our Financial Markets community in Romandy, Switzerland, we are looking for a Consultant/Senior Consultant. You will work with General Management, business lines, and IT on transformation projects in the areas of private banking and/or asset management, with a value-oriented business approach and concrete implementation. We support our clients from start to finish: strategic framing, definition of target models, organizational transformation, and operational deployment. You will be expected to: Contribute to the definition of transformation roadmaps (organization, digital, data) Participate in the definition of target models (Target Operating Model, processes, organization) Analyze existing organizations, processes, and tools Identify areas for improvement and formulate concrete recommendations Contribute to the production of deliverables and the animation of workshops Support project management (monitoring, coordination, risks) Interact with various stakeholders (business lines, IT, compliance...) Participate in pre-sales work and the development of offers You will work in demanding environments, at the heart of the transformations of the Swiss financial sector. With a higher education degree (Master's – EPF, HEC or equivalent) 3 to 5 years of experience in consulting, transformation, or within a Swiss financial institution Experience in a project environment (business analysis, coordination, transformation) Good understanding of the challenges of the financial sector (wealth management, asset management, financial markets) Ability to structure, analyze, and produce quality deliverables Relational ease with business and IT stakeholders You work fluently in English (C1 level required) Residing in Switzerland or willing to relocate quickly Experience in private banking and/or asset management (in Switzerland) is required.
