To strengthen our Medical Advisory Service team, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a: Specialist Medications Medical Advisory Service (m/f/d), 80-100% Your Role In our team of medical specialists, you will fulfill a demanding function with a wide-ranging and interesting area of work. You will contribute your expertise specifically to insurance medical clarification and support sound benefit decisions. As an important contact person for insurers, you will clarify complex medical issues and ensure transparency as well as traceable assessments. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to knowledge transfer within the company, develop professional standards, and support the continuous further development of our specialist team. Your Tasks You process insurance medical clarifications based on medical reports and in cooperation with the medical advisors. You assess and draft recommendations regarding the obligation to provide benefits based on the legal foundations of the Health Insurance Act (specialties list and Swissmedic). You make independent decisions while preserving data protection and personality rights. You are an important contact person for insurers as well as internal and external stakeholders regarding questions about medications and insurance medical assessments. You support knowledge transfer within the company as well as towards external partners and contribute to professional further development. You develop internal guidelines and procedures for the specialist team and ensure their practical implementation. You are co-responsible for the maintenance, updating, and further development of our internal knowledge database (WIKI). Your Profile Completed training as a nursing professional (HF / FH) or MPA with several years of clinical experience. You think ahead, act independently, and approach challenges proactively and in a solution-oriented manner. You convince through your negotiation skills and, thanks to your high social and team competence, appear confident and binding towards various stakeholders. Further training in the commercial sector or health/social insurance sector is an advantage. You speak German as a first language and have good English skills.
