• 23 juillet 2026 • 100% • Durée indéterminée • Fribourg Warehouse Manager M/F Warehouse Manager For a recognized company in the field of carpentry, active in the Nord vaudois and in full expansion, we are looking for a Wood Warehouse Manager to manage the organization and the smooth running of the warehouse, in direct link with the workshop and the construction site teams. Missions Your ### • Ensure the operational management of the wood warehouse (reception, storage, flows, tidying, security). • Organize order preparation and kitting for the workshop and construction sites (wood, hardware, consumables). • Plan and monitor supplies (supplier orders, deadlines, follow-ups), in coordination with management/workshop manager. • Control the quality and conformity of deliveries (quantities, species, sections, humidity if applicable). • Guarantee traceability (delivery notes, entries/exits, inventories) and maintain a reliable stock. • Operation of handling equipment (depending on equipment) and strict application of HSE rules. • Participate in continuous improvement: optimization of locations, processes and preparation times. Profile sought ### • Proven experience in logistics/warehouse, ideally in wood, carpentry, joinery, construction materials or industry. • Good understanding of wood products (sections, qualities, uses) = important asset. • Comfortable with tracking tools (Excel/simple ERP) and document management. • Sense of organization, autonomy, reliability, team spirit, ability to prioritize. • Forklift license / SUVA (or willingness to obtain it) = asset. • Driver's license: desired.
