Junior Technical Associate – Offers & Back Office M/F (Fire Safety Sales Department) For one of our partners, an industrial SME in the Lausanne region with international reach, which wishes to complete its team, we are looking for a: Technical Associate – Offers & Back Office M/F (Fire Safety Sales Department) YOUR TASKS In this role within the Fire Safety Sales department, you will interact mainly with an international clientele by telephone and email. Coming from a technical background, you will use your skills to take charge of the development and follow-up of offers. Your responsibilities will include: Analysis of customer requests, costing and complete preparation of technical and commercial offers. Coordination of specific requests and transmission to sales engineers or production services. Processing of technical and administrative correspondence (updating customer lists, tariffs and technical data sheets). Creation and follow-up of technical documentation adapted to customer needs. Note: This position is 100% Back Office, with no field travel. Junior profile with a first successful experience in technology or drafting also welcome! TECHNICAL RIGOR – MASTERY OF OFFERS – GOOD CUSTOMER CONTACT YOUR PROFILE To succeed in this role, we are looking for a candidate who presents the following qualifications: Mandatory initial technical training (technical CFC, technician or equivalent) with practical experience in the preparation of offers within an industrial structure. Good mastery of common IT tools, ERP systems and the Microsoft Office suite. French native speaker with a B2 level in English, allowing for working and writing offers autonomously in a technical context. Autonomy, sense of organization and ability to manage daily priorities.
