We offer a fair salary, which ranges between CHF 130’100 to CHF 145’100 per year (100% workload) depending on experience and skills. Applications from talents with deviating competencies are also welcome; in such cases, your salary may be slightly below or above the range. This is what you can achieve. • In this role, you collect the current state, evaluate problems, opportunities, and risks. • You analyze and optimize business processes and, if necessary, conduct training sessions and workshops in Bern or throughout Switzerland. • You structure and document procedural and technical requirements in the appropriate tools (such as Confluence, Jira). • In cooperation with various stakeholders, you develop solution approaches, create business cases, and check their completeness and correctness against the respective IT designs and IT detailed requirements. • Furthermore, you support the specialist departments and IT in the conception and implementation of new systems and processes. • Last but not least, you act as an interface between business and IT and ensure that requirements are optimally implemented into technical solutions. • If required, you support portfolio management in the establishment, management, and further development of an effective project and initiative portfolio.
