Release Train Engineer Senior (1047)

This is the contribution you can make • Design the construction and further development of an Agile Release Train (ART) in the operations environment • Further develop the strategic portfolio together with Business Owners, executives, and stakeholders, as well as promote transparency and prioritization • Plan, prepare, and moderate PI Plannings and other SAFe events • Coordinate dependencies between Value Streams and teams and ensure end-to-end value flow • Provide functional support to executives and stakeholders in the introduction of agile working methods and the further development of Business Agility This makes you unique • Degree at university of applied sciences or university level in computer science or equivalent training with several years of practical experience • Experience in the construction or further development of agile organizational structures, ideally of Agile Release Trains according to SAFe • Experience in the planning and moderation of cross-departmental planning and coordination processes as well as in dealing with different stakeholder groups • Understanding of strategic portfolio management, end-to-end value streams, and Business Agility in an operations or service environment • Experience as a Release Train Engineer, knowledge in Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) or comparable approaches is an advantage • Good active knowledge of two official languages This is what we offer • Working for Switzerland We are committed to the Swiss success model and work for the well-being of the population. • Lived diversity Thanks to equal opportunity, we unfold our competencies and bring in different perspectives. • Healthy at the workplace We support and advise our employees in the area of physical and mental health.
