For our restaurant Acqua, we are looking for a service employee starting from 01. September Interesting, varied and responsible as well as independent activity. Well-organized and exemplary personality who works expeditiously and conscientiously in a team, as well as resilient and flexible. Experience in service is desired. You work independently, reliably and cleanly. Open from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays, closed functions / events possible. Applications exclusively only via e-mail. Tasks: Guest care and overall overview, independent management of your own station with food and drink recommendations, areas of application: à la carte and banquet service, wine recommendation and upselling, preparatory work (mise-en-place) and buffet service, reservation acceptance (telephone and direct), cleaning work according to hygiene regulations. Profile: Experience in gastronomy present. You work committed and efficiently, are motivated and responsible. Cheerful and natural appearance. Confident German / Swiss German and English. You are interested in learning new things; even in hectic and demanding situations, you succeed in staying calm. You are flexible and enjoy taking on challenges.
