Neuhof in Birr is a co-educational institution recognized by the Confederation and the Canton with 48 residential places for young people between the ages of 15 and 25. The young people are in a civil or juvenile criminal law measure or in a professional measure of the IV. The broad range of residential, school, and training offers serves the social and professional integration of the clients. To complement the care team of the progression residential levels/external residential groups for male youths, we are looking for, as of 1 October 2026 or by arrangement, a Social Pedagogue 40 - 50 % ## Your profile: • one of the following completed training programs: HF diploma in social pedagogy or as a nursing specialist FH diploma in social work or nursing University degree in social work, social pedagogy, clinical special education, educational sciences, psychology, or social sciences • innovative, mature personality, minimum age 25 • experience in inpatient work with dissocial youths • high relationship and conflict resolution skills • pronounced social competence • willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends • Driver's license Cat. B Your tasks: • guidance and care of the youths in a team of three social pedagogues under implementation of our pedagogical-therapeutic concept • creation and implementation of resource-oriented development plans and reports within the framework of reference person work • the coordination of activities in the preparation of discharge (job search/apartment search/budget planning etc.) • interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external specialist departments as well as with parents and authorities • completion of all administrative tasks in connection with the client systems of the assigned youths • taking over aftercare mandates Our offer: • an extremely varied and versatile activity with a lot of scope for action in a dynamic environment • workplace in a nature park • subject-specific further training opportunities • attractive working and employment conditions
