To strengthen our team in Frenkendorf, we are looking for a committed and responsible personality as an Operative Purchaser (SCM) 100 % (m/w/d). You ensure that our products are available at the right time, in the right quantity, and at the best conditions. In doing so, you take responsibility along the entire procurement chain and actively drive efficient material management forward. Your tasks include procurement of commercial goods from assigned suppliers, verification and processing of order confirmations, deadline monitoring and reminder system, organization of transports and direct deliveries, processing of complaints with suppliers and freight forwarders, monitoring of inventory levels, maintenance of article and master data in SAP, and close collaboration with product management and sales. Your profile includes commercial or technical basic training, further education in purchasing, SCM, or material management, practical experience in operational purchasing, good SAP and MS Office skills, very good German and good English language skills, structured, independent, and solution-oriented work, strong communication skills, flexibility, and a hands-on approach, and you are a team player with high self-responsibility.
