In this key role, you assume responsibility for a central product and actively contribute to its evolution with our product management as well as an interdisciplinary Scrum team. You bring new ideas, provide impulses for customer-oriented solutions and contribute to making our central banking software ready for the future. You are passionate about... • the active development and continuous optimization of our central banking product, in order to successfully implement the product strategy with the product team and to take the product to the next level • the professional leadership of a cross-functional Scrum team according to agile principles and the promotion of a culture of individual responsibility • satisfying the high requirements of our Finnova banks in terms of quality, stability, security and scalability • close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and transform them into high-quality solutions • the management and prioritization of the Product Backlog in order to maximize customer value and the value creation of product development • guaranteeing high-quality and timely deliveries in accordance with the product roadmap You impress us... • with a completed higher education in business informatics, banking & finance or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience and deep banking expertise • with your deep expertise in Core Banking, particularly in the areas of fees, tariffs and anti-money laundering • with your proven experience as a Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst in agile software development projects • with your strong communication skills with very diverse stakeholders, from clients and business departments to software developers • with your sense of prioritization as well as your constant focus on maximum value for the customer • with your analytical and conceptual way of working as well as your innovative and team-oriented personality • with your fluent command of German and English Shape the future of banking with us!
