We are recruiting a Billing Specialist - CDM 6 months (ref: 1972) Your mission: • Ensures the processing of administrative files in order to enable their billing according to the rules, deadlines, and tariffs in force • Enters and checks the services entered for billing according to the rules, tariffs, and deadlines in force • Keeps the patient's administrative file up to date by integrating information and documents such as correspondence, guarantees, etc. • Informs debtors (patients, insurances, etc.) on request about the services, ensuring to promote the image of the institution • Handles complaints, disputes, rejections, and requests for information, as needed in collaboration with clinical services, according to deadlines and rules in force • Establishes financial estimates in collaboration with the concerned services • Transmits to hierarchy information on problems related to service billing and is a force for proposal for improving billing processes • Informs clinical services about billable services and billing rules in order to optimize the exhaustiveness of billing • Participates in the parameterization of forms and computer systems related to billing, within the framework of its attributions and competences • Stays up to date with developments in tariff systems, billing rules, computer systems, as well as the evolution of clinical activity • Participates in projects concerning billing and may be required to manage projects autonomously in their area of competence We are looking for a profile that meets the following criteria: • CFC commerce or equivalent • Knowledge of ERP software Opale Blue-Pearl • Knowledge of medical billing (tariff structures, etc.) • Knowledge of the medical and hospital environment • Customer-oriented spirit • Computer knowledge, particularly of Opale • Professional conscience and ethics, discretion • Team spirit • Initiative, autonomy, and availability • Sense of organization • Tact and diplomacy, kindness, open-mindedness, impartiality • Written French and medical vocabulary, knowledge of English and German: a plus • Ability to adapt to technological evolution We offer: Type of contract: Fixed-term contract 6 months Percentage: 100% Share on • * • * *
