What is my function? Setting up the wire rope machines according to working papers and producing wire ropes Permanent monitoring of the production process with intermediate and final controls Initiation of measures in case of irregularities in consultation with the shift leader or production manager Preparation and control of the required materials (bobbin, wire, grease, wire rope tool) Accompanying work during production (drilling scraper rubber, winding binding wire) Cleaning and lubricating the machines as well as documentation on production papers What do I need to be successful? Experience as a machine operator Carefulness in quality control and documentation Reliability and personal responsibility in process monitoring Quick reaction to irregularities Good communication skills with the shift leader and production manager Physical resilience and safety awareness Teamwork skills and willingness to learn Working hours from 22:45-05:30 What distinguishes the company?
