Spot Buyer, Global Procurement Delivery CH \+ EMEA Job description: Become part of a global Procurement team and support the operational purchasing for Switzerland and the EMEA region. You will accompany the entire procurement process – from supplier creation via requests for quotations and purchase orders to contract processing and operational purchasing support – and ensure an efficient and compliant purchasing process. Requirements: Creation and maintenance of suppliers in the procurement system. Requesting, evaluating and negotiating quotations for small to medium procurements. Creation and processing of purchase orders as well as support in contract processing. Contact person for internal stakeholders and suppliers regarding operational purchasing topics. Management of purchasing tools, Buying Channels and catalogs. Support and training of users on purchasing processes and procurement platforms. Ensuring compliance with internal purchasing guidelines. Competences: Completed commercial training or comparable qualification. Initial professional experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics or Supply Chain. SAP knowledge is an advantage. Very good MS Office knowledge as well as a high IT affinity. Independent, structured and service-oriented way of working. Strong communication skills as well as negotiation skills.
