Operations Logistician, 80-100% With its Management department, the Hochbauamt ensures internal and external moves competently and efficiently. For building operations, we are looking for an Operations Logistician, 80-100% at the Solothurn location, starting immediately or by agreement. Your responsibility The planning and execution of internal moves, transports and warehouse management are in your hands – including the coordination of external companies. You plan assignments proactively and supervise apprentices Specialist in Operations Maintenance. With manual skill, you take over the disassembly and assembly of furniture, modifications to USM furniture and the ergonomic setting up of workplaces. Material procurement and transport logistics are your responsibility and you ensure order, inventory and availability in the warehouse. You ensure compliance with safety and quality specifications. Your profile You bring basic manual training with a federal diploma (e.g. Carpenter) as well as experience in transport, moving and warehouse logistics. You possess a category B driver's license as well as a forklift license; further training in occupational safety is an advantage. You are confident in personnel management and deployment planning and enjoy working with caretakers and external moving companies. Organizational skills, resilience and a strong service mindset characterize you. Good IT and German skills round off your profile and diplomatic conduct is a matter of course for you. Benefits.
