In this versatile role, you will ensure that corporate governance processes are implemented efficiently and in a legally secure manner through a structured way of working. Paralegal # Your field of activity • You support corporate housekeeping and contribute to ensuring that company law processes within the BKW-Gruppe are implemented efficiently and in a legally secure manner • You prepare shareholder and board of directors resolutions, support commercial register mutations, and carefully maintain company law documentation • You support the Corporate Compliance team in the operational implementation of central compliance processes, particularly with training, trading freezes, business partner checks, and instruction management • You reliably ensure the administration, versioning, and legally secure archiving of legal documents • You contribute to the digitalization and standardization of corporate governance processes and support the further development of LegalTech and AI solutions • With reportings, working documents, and service-oriented cooperation, you support internal stakeholders throughout the entire Group What you bring with you • You bring professional experience as a Paralegal or in a comparable function in the area of Legal, Compliance, or Corporate Governance • You master German with stylistic confidence and use your language skills appropriately for the target audience in everyday work; other languages such as English and French are an advantage • A structured, reliable, and independent way of working characterizes you as much as a careful handling of confidential information • Ideally, you have experience in investment management or have further trained in the area of Legal & Compliance • You are digitally savvy, enjoy working with tools, data, workflows, and reports, and have experience with LegalTech and AI applications • You work in a solution-oriented manner, take responsibility for your tasks, and bring new ideas into implementation pragmatically We do not wish to receive inquiries from personnel service providers.
