Choose machining methods while respecting company standards. Adjust production machines. Produce the first piece while ensuring respect for procedures and operating ranges. Guarantee production quality through regular checks according to established control processes. Optimize production startup, analyze failures and malfunctions, and propose improvement axes Ensure the first level of machine maintenance and check the condition of tools Training and support for operators EXPECTED PROFILE You have a background in micromechanics or equivalent and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. You are autonomous, rigorous, and organized, you are a conscientious and structured person. You are comfortable with programming on Alphacam and master HEIDENHAIN, NUM commands.
