For our location in Küssnacht am Rigi, we are looking for an Order Processing Specialist OHL (w/m/d) 80 - 100% Your area of responsibility: Contract-compliant order processing of complex projects in direct cooperation with the project manager, production plants, freight forwarders and internal specialist departments Recording of material and management of customer orders Ensuring material availability and taking measures in case of deviations. Coordinating and monitoring material and ensuring the planned FAT. Managing and ensuring the correct processing of changes. Creating and managing various documents related to order processing Ensuring data quality in the SAP system and other working documents Creating various evaluations and statistics for the different departments, as well as maintaining and updating the S&OP reports.
