In this function, you will take responsibility for a central product area and work closely with sales, marketing, suppliers, and other internal interfaces. You will contribute your experience, set impulses, and help to successfully further develop our range in the market. You meet the following requirements Commercial training with further education in marketing, product management, or business administration, or a comparable training at FH/HF level German or Swiss German as native language with very good knowledge of the respective other language; Italian, English, and other languages are an advantage Several years of experience in Product Management, ideally in a technically oriented environment, in the area of household appliances or consumer goods Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with ERP (MS Dynamics 365 BC) and MS Power BI systems is welcome A good sense for markets, products, positioning, and customer needs Experience in the management and further development of portfolios Enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders A structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working Strong communication skills, initiative, and a confident appearance Your tasks You are responsible for your product areas throughout the entire product life cycle You strategically further develop the assortment and accompany product launches as well as assortment adjustments You analyze the market, competition, and trends and derive concrete measures from them You develop sales arguments, benchmarks, and product documentation for the market You work closely with marketing, sales, and other specialist departments You conduct discussions with suppliers as part of annual meetings and condition negotiations You support market launches, training, campaigns, and, if necessary, trade fair appearances You help to achieve sales, turnover, and market share targets for your area We offer you Induction program Varied activity Independent way of working Young team Further education opportunities Modern infrastructure 5 weeks vacation Home office possibility Are you the right person?
